[Ovmsdev] i-Miev/C-Zero/iOn

[Matt Beard OVMS]

I have been hoping to get a chance to get my OVMS module replaced so that I
can finish debugging the QC code, but I have been too busy.

I have attached my latest version in case someone is able to try it out
over the Christmas period (it is for 2.5.4)

When I last tested it I got good results, but it needs a few QC runs to be
sure that the start, end and current detection work properly. I am also
interested if the "estimated range" works well during QC as that is
calculated by my code rather than the car (which simply returns "unknown"
for range all through QC).
