[Ovmsdev] What Cellular Provider, and how much are you paying (US$)

AT&T, GoPhone, 10 cent/min plan with data at 1¢/5kb
Averaging $13/month over last 4 months
.01/5kb.  Seems to incur a minimum 1¢ charge for any data use(ie. data is not cumulative)
