[Ovmsdev] Car lost GPRS connection notification

Why is the car losing connection an alert situation? I would think that
anything we have to wait an hour before reporting is not urgent. I think
the right level is what we have today: the app tells you the last time the
server heard from the car as XXX minutes ago.

Do you have some particular scenario in mind where the alert is useful?
