[Ovmsdev] Revised OVMS Installation Manual for review

Hi all,

With Mark's oversight and encouragement, I've taken a stab at
reworking the OVMS Installation Manual to have a linear step by step
flow, and to include some additional information. I'd appreciate it if
you'd take some time to read it for content and accuracy, and make
suggestions or corrections.

We'll be replacing some of the photos of the old unit with the current units.
