[Ovmsdev] Module stops working after couple of days

Wido,
Green off is definitely strange. I suggest you to try reflashing the
firmware to rule out a bad flash.
If it still drops out, try sending STAT via SMS. If it responds, then we
can narrow it down to a GPRS problem.
