[Ovmsdev] Leaf or US Volt

Cathy and I have a Leaf, with one of Gary Giddings SOC meters.

The CarWings stuff is terrible compared to OVMS, and the service tends to go
down with some regularity. The only thing that's nice is turning on the
pre-heat. I'm guessing that if that functionality is available via the CAN
bus, it's on a different bus than the EV stuff.

There could be real demand for an alternative when CarsWings stops being
free.

As far as I know, no one has found location info on the Leaf's CAN bus. I
suspect a GPS receiver would have to be added to OVMS to implement the cool
location stuff.
