So reading the LM327 discussion of CAN extended addresses, I'm pretty sure this needs to go out as "6F1 07 03 22 DD BC 00 00 00"

The "07" in inserted by the use of ATCEA07.

The flow control has a similar added byte.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't look like the CAN component knows how to do this at the moment?
