MGI tried sniffing the can bus on a Model S a while ago, but I couldn't get anything. It was a quick test so I didn't investigate any further, but the obd port looked pretty standard. I tried different CAN speeds but couldn't get any data, and I didn't have my scope with me...Sorry!2013/9/29 Mark Webb-Johnson <mark@webb-johnson.net>Michael,
I haven't heard of anyone actively working on this - just a few rumors and enquiries. One owner did try the diag connector behind the cubby, but couldn't get much from it.
We don't have Model S here in Asia yet, so not much I can do at the moment. I would love to see a CAN bus dump.
Regards, Mark
