Hi

I have made some changes in the code for KIA e-Niro:

1. Stability improvement by parting the polls during poll_off mode.
2. Added watch for change in accumulated charge to wake car when charge continues after stop.
3. Fixed speed measurement by changing to another PID.

@Geir: if I mail the files to you, can you check them and commit them?
