I’ve gone ahead and accepted the pull.

A couple of minor issues:

  1. The #define in vehicle_nissanleaf.h
  2. Put back the ovmswriter puts on server startup (as Steve has fixed that)
  3. Put in a 60/600 second timer, for transmission of status messages

Looks good, compiles, and runs.

I implemented part of the environment message and ported over more of the v2 Leaf code. I'm getting close to feature parity with the v2's read only features on the Leaf (assuming you use a wifi hotspot). I've got a little more testing to do and I'll update my pull request.
