Yes, I can see how this would be bad. I'm learning more about
the code as we go through this.
This evening, I enabled vehicle-poll debug while it was
charging. As you can see from the log below, there was no
SetState after charging stopped. Therefore the poller continued
in its current state, and polled every minute. So something is
causing it to miss the state transition.
If you let me know what to do next, I should be able to try
that on Monday.
