The coupon code is now up on www.openvehicles.com. It gives US$20
off both the EU and US kits for OVMS v3.1 for EXISTING OVMS v1 or
v2 users. To see the coupon code, logon to your www.openvehicles.com account, then
click “My Account”, then “Vehicles”. You’ll see it next to your
registered vehicle records. Michael is doing something similar for
the users of his server.
Please don’t share, or publicly post this coupon
code; we really don’t want it to be abused.
Pre-ordering is up on
Fasttech.com now. We are
expecting stock to come in late next week (but may slip to early
the week after, depending on QC results).
If developers want something special (just main
board, just modem, etc), then let me know directly. I will have
20 or so kits delivered to me in HK (probably a day after
Fasttech gets them).
Active developers (even those without OVMS v1 or v2)
are also entitled to this US$20 discount - just let me know your
situation, and what you are doing with the project, and I’ll
send you the code.

I’m still waiting for the coupon codes. I’ve sent a
chase-up mail asking again.
I’ll send out another mass mailing today, to tell people
that the stock should be available late next week. While
ordering is up on fast tech, existing users will get a
promo code, visible on their open
vehicles.com account, so
they should wait until that is visible before ordering
from Fasttech.
