Hi,

some minor rework on notifications:

- Dropping duplicate notifications
- Fixed notification icon
- Immediate display of new notifications if App open
- Notification list displays line breaks as sent

The duplicates got really bad lately, I think due to multiple test installs. C2DM currently sends the same notification 7 times. I think that may be some issue with unregistering on deinstallation, but as C2DM needs to be replaced by GCM in the near future I just added a duplicate filter in the message processing.
