So, I changed the CONFIG_LWIP_SO_REUSE value and did a make flash.
That displayed another option, default Yes, changed to no. But,
same result with /store.<br>

One significant difference is that you're on idf 3.1 and I'm on

use ‘/‘ to search for it. The parameter is in Component Config
/ LWIP.</div>
