- Dropping duplicate notifications<br>
- Fixed notification icon<br>
- Immediate display of new notifications if App open<br>
- Notification list displays line breaks as sent<br>

The duplicates got really bad lately, I think due to multiple test
installs. C2DM currently sends the same notification 7 times. I
think that may be some issue with unregistering on deinstallation,
but as C2DM needs to be replaced by GCM in the near future I just
added a duplicate filter in the message processing.<br>
