I have recently made quite a few changes to the generic OBDII driver to introduce a generic polling mechanism, and that vehicle support should be quite reasonable when that code is released (still a work-in-progress today).</div><div><br></div><div>My concern with generic OBDII though is the 12V battery. OVMS does not currently implement a sleep mode, and it is not so easy in the current architecture and hardware, so power drain may be a concern for cars with small batteries.</div><div><br></div><div><blockquote type="cite"><div dir="ltr">I wish to contribute and test with others cars using standard OBD11 and probably getting more data that simple OBD.
