[Ovmsdev] UI redesign in Android App - Needs beta testing

>From the beginning on I saw, that the "running as service" dot did not
appear on the app icon and that the connection of other apps (my KWGT
widget and my fireplace app) did not work (I did set the settings for
that features).
In the last days I saw that the app sometimes didn't want to connect to
the server. Changing the view from "vehicle" to i.e. "settings" did
bring the connection back.
Today I had a complete breakdown of the app. No connection to the
server possible at all anymore. Deleting the cash did not help.
Uninstall and reinstall of the "old" app brought back the connection.
So I'm back to the old app for now.
