[Ovmsdev] SSL Certificates for Open Vehicles

Losely related, the ABRP folks had an issue when moving their 
certificate to GoDaddy:

GoDaddy seems to be used quite a lot lately, maybe we should add the 
GoDaddy root certificate to the builtin certificates?
