[Ovmsdev] 12v Reference voltage

Tamás,

the reference voltage is meant to follow battery degradation and
environmental thermal conditions, it's currently taken after a 12V
charge cycle, with some calmdown time taken into account.

To do that, it relies on the `ms_v_env_charging12v` signal. If that is
broken, it won't work properly -- and your chart seems to show that: the
reference has been taken while the 12V charge was still running.

Looking at the 12V chart for my Mii, there apparently is room for
improvements regarding very short driving periods, but on regular 12V
charge cycles it works as designed:

So I suggest taking a look at improving the `ms_v_env_charging12v`
detection on your car.

Regards,
Michael
