[Ovmsdev] No GSM connection

Just for the record ...

I ordered a new, replacement, SIM card, installed it and broke the SIM
mounting on the modem *rolleyes*.

So then I ordered a new modem (SIM7600) from the UK (20 euro import
toll, thanx Brexit). 

Now I'm up and running with LTE on -75 dBm :-))
