[Ovmsdev] CAN message throughput

Do we have an idea what the polling throughput is?

I haven't really dug into the poller code yet, but I suspect I might be 
overloading the poller. Responses aren't coming in when I expect them.

Is there any notification when a Ticker takes more than one second?

Is it possible for a ticker to be missed. For example, if ticker#9 takes 
more than one second, does it move on to ticker #11, possibly skipping 
ticker#10?
