[Ovmsdev] Repeated WDT crashes after upgrade to 3.3 with 4G

This looks very much like what I'm seeing.

My new 3.3 module and 3.3 modem hasn't worked with 4G. It was crashing 
over and over again until I disabled the modem from autostarting. Then 
it takes several minutes before I get a crash. But it always happens for me.

I'm attaching a screen shot of my modue windows after the crash. I note 
that WDT: IDLE0 looks very much like what Steve is seeing.
