[Ovmsdev] Email: Flow and Topics

Hi,

I noticed the email subjects for troubleshooting and other stuff usually does not have any information to what part of the system they apply.

Would suggest to have a naming convention like: [system part]: [topic]. For example: "NL: Charging State Incorrect" or "General: RAM Issues" and etc...

It would be easier and more efficient to identify which email to act uppon.
What do you guys think?
