[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3.3 hardware

Here's what I see when I ssh into one of my esp32 upgraded units:

     Welcome to the Open Vehicle Monitoring System (OVMS) - SSH Console
     Firmware: 3.2.016-260-g17a37c50/ota_1/main
     Hardware: OVMS WIFI BLE BT cores=2 rev=ESP32/3

The /3 tells me it's the V3 version of the esp32 module.
