I don't understand what causes the "state is inconsistent" but I've 
found that 99% of the time if you dismiss the popup and re-try it'll work.

You should consider upgrading your toolchain, I think 1.22.0.80 is 
missing some psram workarounds that 1.22.0.97 has.
