[Ovmsdev] VW e-Up images for iOS app

Hi Mark

I just did a pull request on the iOS app.

I integrated the e-Up images. I compiled the app with Xcode 8.1, so I
needed to correct the Storyboards. Compiled without any problems.

I'm not "that" firm on iOS development, so I hope the pull request is
OK. Any corrections are welcome.
