[Ovmsdev] Mail server outage

We had a failure of both the postfix mail server, and mailman mailing list software, that went un-noticed.

It should be recovered now, and mailing list subscriptions and messaging resumed now.

The list archives don’t seem to be generating, and I am still working on that problem.
