…which is probably a local issue, because my server is on no block list.

So the mx targets for lists.openvehicles.com are "network-box.com" 
machines. Apparently they can't forward to mail on?

For me I just want to be added to the dev mailing list. Can it be done 
by hand?

I'm making good progress reverse engineering I3 canbus pids.
