[Ovmsdev] 3.2.013

Thanx for your quick response.
--tags did the trick for the local version when compiling. Nevertheless
the tags are not pushed back with "git push origin master" into my fork
on github. There the "releases" and "tags" are still on 3.2.010 ...
I will google that ...
