[Ovmsdev] Hologram SIM card NOT included anymore

Mark,

Fasttech have changed the OVMS kits to NOT include the Hologram SIM card 
anymore.

I don't know why and when they did so, but by this we now are lying to 
users in all our descriptions.
This applies to our project websites as well as to Glyn's shop.

Do you know the background? Is this temporary?
