[Ovmsdev] 3G / 2G fallback on SIM5360 Europe?

Chris,
two additional thoughts:
- maybe the VW antenna contains a GSM and a GPS antenna (?), and you
connected the wrong one?
- maybe the VW antenna is an active one and needs a supply voltage which
is currently missing?
