[Ovmsdev] Frequent Crashes

With the script and store/events folder removed the unit was still
crashing, I changed the task priority to 19 and it was still crashing,
however it may have reduced the frequency of crashes. Given their
intermittent frequency it is hard to say.

I have now turned off DukTape in the build config and will see how that
goes. If it is stable then it will confirm there is some issue with the
interaction of DukTape with another part of the system.

I will report back in a couple of days.
