[Ovmsdev] Cannot reset simcom stuck in PoweringOn state without removing module power

Hi
I have also had this twice. Both times it started when I had my car parked in an underground garage for a whole day.
It might be a coincident but the simcom does not have any connection to either GPS or 3G during that time.
I have my parked there 3-4 days a week, and it has only happened twice.
