[Ovmsdev] Reseller, Vehicle Support Table, Fully Charge Live & Hyundai

I’ve updated Glyn's table for Tesla Model S. As he will be showing OVMS at the upcoming event, and it would be useful to have a good overview of level of support, please help him to directly update that table as well.
