it's labeled "3.2", but I guess we won't introduce a "v3.2" hardware/ota directory for it, since it's indistinguishable from 3.1 from the software perspective
-- right?

I've added a symlink in https://ovms.dexters-web.de/firmware/ota/ just in case someone gets confused by that.
