[Ovmsdev] new OVMSv3 rec'd today updated OTA with .008

It does have 8MB PSRAM:

Should be the latest batch of WiFi only devices from Fasttech have the new WROVER module with 8MB PSRAM. The kits with modems are still 4MB.
