[Ovmsdev] Prototyping expansion board

Here are the prototype prototypes. They seem fine to me. Just some minor adjustments and we will go with these. Three in a batch, unsoldered, with pin headers.

I’m still waiting for news on the certification; hopefully know within the next few days. Once we know what is going on with that, we can confirm the next production batch and include these in with that (to keep costs as low as possible).
