[Ovmsdev] Fwd: [ovms:2087] Consult on Renault twizy

It's still the V2 user guide I meant. I need to find time to make a V3 version. As features, commands and configs are very similar, the V2 guide is still valid.
I added some basic info on the differences to my FAQ:
