Yes, you can add a new menu to PageMenu_t like that. I suggest introducing a general tools menu instead of a specific one, i.e. "PageMenu_Tools".

To still fit the menu on one line in tablet mode (width down to 768 px) I suggest moving the Shell into the tools menu then.

Go ahead, I'm not working on the web framework at the moment.
