[Ovmsdev] Website Migration

[Mark Webb-Johnson]

This migration work has been completed and both api.openvehicles.com and www.openvehicles.com have been migrated to a new server. This includes both the website and the server v2.

You’ll notice a facelift on www.openvehicles.com, in preparation for restructuring around OVMS v3. We’ve also done quite a lot of work under the hood on the security settings and overall operating system layer.

As usual, if you notice any issues let me know.
