[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3.1 Availability

Mark,

there is some confusion now which orders will be fulfilled and which will have to wait for the next batch, as some have ordered after the 5 hours.

In fact Fasttech still lists the EU modules as "on stock, ships in 3 business days", and seem to still accept orders.

I think they should switch on hard stock tracking for the v3 modules as they did with v2, so people won't get disappointed.
