[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3.1 Availability

Assuming no problems with the first batch, and my tests are ok early next week, I’ll use the money from this first batch to immediately order a second.

I’m just a bit nervous to order (and pay for) hundreds of these, until we have more experience with them in real cars. Remember, I’m the only one to have ever run a 3.1 module in a real car :-)
