[Ovmsdev] Making secure

Yeah. Just seemed simpler to keep things minimal for the moment. I worry about things like server being connected to are sensitive (on my list of things is to expand the server status command to show better status and connection issues).

Here is what I now see:

OVMS # disable
OVMS > ?
boot                 BOOT framework
enable               Enter secure mode
exit                 End console session
help                 Ask for help
network              NETWORK framework
simcom               SIMCOM framework
time                 TIME framework
