[Ovmsdev] OVMS v3.1 Production Batch #2

From those that went to Fasttech last time (first batch of 100+), only 1/3rd used the coupon code. Maybe the other 2/3rd are new, or just being kind to the project.
This time we have stock limits set so Fasttech can’t oversell. I’ve asked for a summary end of work today, so we can see where we are.
P.S. I just installed one in a HK Tesla Roadster (took about 2 minutes physical installation and 4 minutes config setup).
