[Ovmsdev] What is the format of ms_v_charge_timerstart?

Hehe! Greg, that is how effective I am 😜 The Mac’s clock is synced, but I think it is my mail-server that might be off.

In the Kia Soul, it is currently the car that starts the charge, but I’m looking into being able to start and stop the charging from OVMS.
