[Ovmsdev] Moving to a production cycle

The connection modem<->esp32 is the limiting factor there. That is currently async 115,200 baud. Fine for our purposes, but pretty useless as a wifi hotspot.

I guess the speed could be increased, but there is no hardware flow control.

Not really the intended use case.
