[Ovmsdev] Poor wifi performance

Greg,

the wifi signal level is shown in the status UI and available in metric m.net.sq (when m.net.type is wifi) since commit
925417081d8e1b4a952bca26d98bec8753623fb8. I've just added it to the "wifi status" output as well.

The wifi internal logging is beyond our control.

I just had a loss of the wifi client connectivity, with AP mode still working. The wifi status said it was connected to my network, but my network said it
wasn't. The wifi logging had gone completely silent after looping in 201 errors for some hours with these final words:

    I (164063432) esp32wifi: STA disconnected with reason 201
    …
    I (164073402) wifi: n:1 1, o:1 0, ap:1 1, sta:1 0, prof:1
    I (164073412) wifi: state: init -> auth (b0)
    I (164073422) wifi: state: auth -> assoc (0)
    I (164073452) wifi: state: assoc -> run (10)
    …
    I (164788102) wifi: bcn_timout,ap_probe_send_start

…signal level was fine, just no association. Stopping and restarting the apclient mode fixed it.

Regards,
Michael
