Just a short note to say I’ve added sdkconfig to .gitignore

That makes it easier for developers to have their own version.

The OVMS defaults are easy (we can provide the default values we require, as necessary). Still thinking about how to resolve the issue with other system settings we want to change default values for (such as stack sizes, buffers, etc).
