[Ovmsdev] Enclosure for OVMS v3

Any chance that we get some silicone plugs/caps for the USB/SD slots and the diag port. ;-)

I know, it‘s a Twizy problem, but it would help to keep the dust out.

Low tech approach with some electric tape is a fallback option, but maybe there is still a window for some add ons ;-)
