That said, the China manufacturer is going to ask me soon about the label to stick on the case for OVMS v3. If you’ve got any suggestions, let me know. First production run will likely be in a few weeks time.

Agreed about the graphics refresh for v3.
But, let’s get the car module done first. I’’m trying to make the framework there support the future (MQTT, etc) as well as the past (OVMS protocol, etc). So, it should work with the current protocol, server and apps; but allow us to switch to a more modern server and app protocol later.

Is this a question to me?  I have no problems with licensing of the come logo so no to you guys how you do it.

However, I think we should renew ourselves for version. 3 on all levels of the artwork and user experience. It's beginning to feel quite outdated. :-)

I’ve created a ‘logo’ directory in the main git repository that includes the versions I have. There is an EPS version there that is scalable, as well as a bunch of other bitmap versions in different sizes.

That should keep it clear and MIT licensed (as it is not in the Apps directory). You guys are welcome to use the project logo as you need.

Regards, Mark.
